Can I sell your products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or other Online Marketplaces?
No. In an effort to control how our products and brand are represented, we do not allow resellers to sell our products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay nor any other online marketplace. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the suspension or removal of your selling privileges. You are allowed to sell our products on your own website, blog, social media channels, etc.
Is there a fee for using your drop ship program?
Unlike some drop shippers, Heavy Truck Solutions does not charge a fee to their customers in order to use the drop ship program. Our drop shipping program is free to use. You will only pay for the item(s) you sell plus applicable shipping charges. This puts all the profits into your pocket.
Where do you ship to?
We only ship to customers in the United States and Canada. We plan on adding additional countries in the future.
How fast do you ship?
We generally ship same day when ordered by 2pm (MST), or next day when ordered after 2pm (MST), not including holidays and Sundays. Orders placed on Saturday after 12pm, will be shipped the following Monday.
When will the customer receive their order?
Most orders are received within 2-4 business days for US shipments and 7-11 business days for CDN orders. For large orders, there may be a delay depending on quantity. We will email you your invoice with tracking information once your order is processed.
What are the shipping methods available?
USPS Priority Flat Rate for US & USPS Priority International for CDN orders (We only ship to the United States & Canada). For large orders and deliveries to rural areas, we may use UPS or FedEx Ground.
How do I make an order?
When your customer has completed checkout, simply email us your purchase order. You call us direct at 602.818.5741 or email your Purchase Order (PO) to sales@heavytrucksolutions.com with at least the following information:
- PO Number
- Date
- Your Billing Address & Customer’s Shipping Address
- Your Phone Number
- Product Information: SKU, Quantity of Each SKU & Price Per Item (Your Drop Shipper Price) & Total
You will receive an invoice via email (due on receipt) where you can pay via credit card or bank transfer (ACH). Your invoice will include shipping carrier, date, and tracking number which you can provide to your customer.
Can I use your pictures & descriptions?
Yes. And you may edit any picture or product descriptions when listing our items for sale.
How do I save your images to my computer?
To save an image to your computer, navigate to the product page and click the item image. A larger image will pop up. You can right click on this image and click “Save image as…” to save it to your computer.
How do I get started using your drop ship program?
To get started, please fill out our online application (Click the “APPLY NOW” button below. Once we’ve processed your completed application (typically within 24 hours), you’ll receive a confirmation email with ordering instructions and product information.
