All returns must be shipped/postmarked to 2736 E Hopi Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204 within 30 days of receiving your shipment. All returned product(s) must be accompanied with written authorization and proof of purchase (receipt, shipping invoice, or wholesale purchase history). You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a reputable carrier and insuring the product for it’s full value.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipments that are not received due to an error by your chosen carrier and will not be able to give you a refund without the product(s) being received.

Exchanges*

It is your responsibility to inspect upon receipt all merchandise. You must contact us about all claims of defects, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, within the first 7 days after the receipt of merchandise. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. All returns must be shipped/postmarked to 2736 E Hopi Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204 within 14 days of receipt. Products with damages due to ordinary wear and tear or caused by improper use or accidents can NOT be returned or exchanged.
